Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By adding Mini Koi to a Discord server or using any tool on this website, you agree to these terms, to Discord's Terms of Service (discord.com/terms), Community Guidelines and Developer Terms of Service & Policy.

If you do not agree, remove the bot and stop using the site.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use Discord and therefore Mini Koi. Servers using Mini Koi must follow the same rule.

3. Acceptable use

Mini Koi may not be used to break Discord's rules or the law. That includes, but is not limited to: spam or mass DMing, raiding or nuking servers, harassment, hate speech, NSFW content in non-age-restricted channels, impersonating Discord staff or other users, selling or advertising self-bots or token tools, evading bans, or scraping user data.

Bulk actions such as purge, mass role edits and template setup are for server owners managing their own community. Abuse of these features is grounds for a blocklist.

4. Website tools

The embed builder, message editor and server template pages generate content for your own server. You are responsible for anything you send with them, including any GIFs, images or text you insert. Do not use them to impersonate people or brands, or to distribute prohibited content.

GIFs and stickers shown in the media library come from a third-party provider and are subject to their own terms and the rights of their creators.

5. Availability

Mini Koi is provided as-is with no uptime guarantee. Features, commands and pricing may change or be discontinued at any time. Discord API rate limits and outages are outside our control.

6. Termination

We may remove the bot from a server or block a user at any time, without notice, for breaking these terms, Discord's rules, or for abusing the service.

7. Liability

Mini Koi is offered without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages, data loss or server misconfiguration arising from use of the bot or this site.
